Your Free Reflection Guide
A Gentle Invitation to Explore Your Inner World
This is your space to pause. To reflect. To notice whatâs working for you, what's not, and what you might need more of to feel like you again.

Welcome!
This guide was created to give you a quiet moment to slow down and reconnect with yourself. So often we move through our days on autopilot â caring for others, checking boxes, meeting deadlines, or maybe even getting stuck and shutting down â that we lose sight of what we truly need.
Why Reflection Matters
Reflection is the first step toward change. By taking time to notice your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, you begin to:
- Understand whatâs really going on beneath the surface
- Identify the stressors or habits that are draining you
- Recognize the needs you may have been overlooking
- Create space for calmer, clearer thinking
You donât have to solve everything right now â just start noticing.Â
Letâs explore togetherâŚ
đż DEEPER SIGNS YOU MAY BE STUCK IN INNER CHAOS
Â
These go beyond surface-level stress and speak to the emotional, mental, and physical patterns you may be experiencing.
đ§ Nervous system / body-based signs:Â
- I often feel âon edge,â like something bad is about to happen â even if I canât explain   why
- Â My body feels tense more often than not (tight jaw, clenched fists, shallow breath)
- Â I feel physically exhausted, but my mind keeps racing
- I have trouble sitting still or fully relaxing, even when I have the chance
- Â I tend to shut down, numb out, or withdraw when things feel too overwhelming
đŻď¸ Cognitive + self-talk patterns:
- I overthink everything and struggle to âlet it goâ â even the small stuff
- Â I second-guess almost every decision I make
- I often say things to myself like, âWhatâs wrong with me?â or âWhy canât I just get it together?â
- Â I know I have strengths, but they donât feel real or believable to me
- Even when something good happens, I still feel uneasy or like it wonât last
đ Emotional signs:
- I sometimes feel like Iâm faking being okay around others
- I have bursts of motivation followed by burnout or hopelessness
- Â I crave peace and clarity, but donât really believe itâs possible for me
- I carry a sense of dread I canât explain
- I feel like Iâve lost touch with who I used to be
Â
đŹ If you find yourself agreeing with any of these, you donât have to stay stuck here.  Let's explore more...
Â
đ§ STRATEGIES OR TECHNIQUES YOU MAY HAVE ALREADY TRIED...
Â
- Deep breathing or grounding exercises
- Yoga or movement to try and ârelaxâ
- Â Guided meditations or body scans
- Gratitude lists or positive affirmations
- Saying nice things to yourself
- Thinking positively
- Talking to a friend or partner
- Journaling about your day
- Therapy or counseling sessions
- Reading self-help books or following motivational accounts
- Trying to stay super productive to distract yourself
- Avoiding people or places that trigger anxiety
- Creating to-do lists or routines to help you focus better
Â
đĄ If these worked for a little while, but the change didnât last, itâs not your fault. You likely need a more connected, layered approach â one that goes beneath the surface and includes nervous system support, thought rewiring, and belief restoration.
Â
đ GENTLE SELF-INQUIRY
Take a few minutes to respond to each of these prompts. Be honest and gentle with yourself. There are no wrong answers.
- What am I feeling most often these days?
(Anxious, tired, scattered, hopeful, grateful⌠anything that comes to mind.) - Â
- Â
- When do I feel most calm, clear, or grounded?
(Are there any moments in your week when you feel at ease â big or small?)Â Â - Â What situations or patterns feel heavy or draining?
(Workload, relationships, self-talk, routines, fears â write whatever shows up.)Â Â - What do I need more of right now to feel supported and well?
(Time to yourself, encouragement, rest, connection, structureâŚ)  - What is one small thing I can do this week to support myself?
(Pick something simple and realistic â even just 5 minutes counts.)
Â
đ NEW THOUGHTS TO HOLD ONTO
Pick one-Â even if you can't believe it today:
- Itâs not too late to rebuild trust in myself.
- Calm isnât a personality trait â itâs a skill I can grow.
- Even small steps create real change.
- I am allowed to unlearn the thoughts that arenât mine.
- I am allowed to do something just for me.
Â
𪡠GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION...
âŚto feel, think, believe in, or try something new.
