Hi there! I'm Erica.

I help women who worry — a lot.

Women who think things through carefully, replay conversations, second-guess their decisions, and carry a constant sense that something needs to be figured out before they can finally feel at ease.

From the outside, it may look like you’re doing just fine.
But inside, your mind rarely feels quiet.

You may find yourself asking:

  • Why can’t I just relax?

  • Why do I always feel on edge, even when things are okay?

  • Why do I keep doubting myself, even when I know better?

I understand how exhausting it is to live this way — to carry so much responsibility internally, to analyze everything, and to feel like peace is always just out of reach.

What I offer isn’t pressure to “fix yourself” or force change.

I offer a calm, steady space where worry doesn’t have to run the show — where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply, trust yourself again, and experience a different way of moving through life.

Change doesn’t have to be harsh or overwhelming.

It can begin quietly — with clarity, compassion, and support.

I take a different approach to healing.

I do this work because I’ve lived on both sides of worry.

For years, I knew what it was like to overthink everything — to question my choices, replay conversations, and carry a quiet sense that I should be handling things better than I was. I understood the patterns intellectually, but that didn’t automatically make them stop.

What I learned over time — both personally and professionally — is that real change doesn’t come from insight alone. It comes from understanding why worry takes hold and learning how to relate to yourself differently when it does.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people during moments of uncertainty, transition, and growth. Again and again, I saw the same thing: when someone feels understood and supported, clarity returns. Confidence rebuilds. And the constant mental noise begins to quiet.

That’s what shaped the way I work today.

I don’t believe in forcing change or pushing through discomfort.
I believe in helping women understand themselves with honesty and compassion — so change becomes something that feels steady, not overwhelming.

My Perspective

My perspective comes from decades of listening — deeply — to how people actually experience worry, self-doubt, and internal pressure.

As a master’s-level licensed social worker with over 25 years of experience, I’ve worked with individuals navigating anxiety, overwhelm, major life transitions, and the quiet emotional weight that so many women carry without talking about.

What that experience taught me is this:
most people don’t struggle because they lack insight or effort.
They struggle because they’ve learned to relate to themselves through criticism, pressure, and constant self-monitoring.

I’ve seen how quickly things begin to shift when someone feels genuinely understood — not analyzed, not rushed, not told what they should be doing.

That understanding is what shapes my work today.

I don’t approach growth as something you have to force or fix.
I approach it as a process of learning how to work with yourself — with more clarity, steadiness, and trust.

This is where meaningful, lasting change begins.
